Here’s our FALL πŸ‚  training schedule which runs from 

9/3/24 to 11/16/24

 

We have the days, times & age groups listed below.


 

Skills Training Classes: 

(COED classes for kids ages 7 to 14. kids are separated by skill level when necessary and trained 

 

* Tuesdays: 

- 7pm to 8pm 

 

* Thursdays:  

- 7pm to 8pm 

 

ADVANCED TRAINING CLASSES:

(*COED CLASSED FOR HIGH SCHOOL JV, VARSITY & COLLEGE LEVEL PLAYERS)

 

* Saturdays:

- 4:30pm to 6pm

WHAT DOES SKILLS TRAINING CLASS AND ADVANCED TRAINING CLASS MEAN??


* (STC) Skills Training Class: Kids ages 7 to 14 of all levels of basketball. Students will work their individual basketball skills & development in a class form. Kids are separated by age and skill when necessary and are then are put through various basketball skills drills that will help them build, strengthen or maintain proper basketball fundamentals. Refereed scrimmages are likely. 


* (ATC) Advanced Training Class: Kids ages 15 to 18 who possess highschool level or higher basketball skill & knowledge. Students are put through various basketball skills drills that will help them build, strengthen or maintain proper basketball fundamentals. Refereed  Scrimmages are highly likely in every class.

SKILLS TRAINING MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES AGES 7 to 13

 PACKAGE 1:


*1 class a week for 4 weeks: $60.00


*1 class a week for 12 weeks: $165.00  

PACKAGE 2:



*2 classes a week for 4 weeks: $120.00


*2 classes a week for 12 weeks: $330:00

the 12th week will be free!

 

ADVANCED TRAINING  MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES AGES 14 to 18

PACKAGE 1:


*1 class a week for 4 weeks: $90.00

* 1 class a week for 12 weeks: $270.00

Drop-ins

DROP-INS ARE $16 PER STUDENT FOR 60 MINUTE SESSIONS. TRAINING SESSIONS ARE $24 PER STUDENT FOR 90 MINUTE SESSIONS. DROP-INS ARE USUALLY  AVAILABLE WEEKLY.

IF YOUR SCHEDULE DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO COMMIT TO A MEMBERSHIP DROP-INS ARE A WAY FOR YOUR CHILD TO TRAIN, STAY  SHARP & ATTEND CLASSES CONSISTENTLY WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP!

Students who drop-in will receive the same workout that our membership students receive that day. You must first register your child before every drop-in because class sizes vary and sometimes reach capacity. To register for a drop in you'll need to contact us via email, call or text to see if there's availability prior to the session that you want to drop in to. ​1 ON 1 TRAINING & PRIVATE SESSIONS 


Our 1 on 1 basketball training is direct training, 1 on 1 with one of our Certified lead trainers, Coach Anthony Brooks, Coach Ali Cherif & Coach Terry Jackson. Before we set up a 1 on 1 session we like to have the athletes in for a free group training session for  evaluation. This way we can get an accurate assessment of the athletes skill in order to prepare for the 1 on 1 session. From there we can design drills/workout that will strengthen those specific areas while we continue to build on whatever strengths the individual(s) already has.

** Our 1 on 1 sessions must be booked at least 1 days prior to the actual session with a deposit of half the money down. The deposit can be paid through cash app, Apple Pay, zelle, paypal or scheduled in person meeting. Once you know which coach that you would like to book with just reach out via email to schedule!

To setup a 1 on 1 session email us with name, age and skill level (beginner, experienced or high level). A confirmation email will be replied to you with cost & also different days and times that are available for you to choose from.

B - Ball Skills Private Group Sessions Pricing:

Partner up with a friend or a group of friends and train together! Split the cost right down the middle and each student pays an equal amount. Registration information below!
