B-Ball Skills Strength & Conditioning Training Details
Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help athletes improve their overall fitness, endurance, and performance during the spring and summer months.
Training Schedule: (Starting Sunday 3/29/26)
Sundays: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: Riverside Park (near the playground area), Ypsilanti, MI
Pricing:
$15 per session (non-members)
$10 per session (current B-Ball Skills members)
What to Expect:
Athletes will participate in high-energy workouts that include:
Push-ups, sit-ups, squats
Jumping jacks, burpees, lunges
Hill runs, sprints, bear crawls, and more
These sessions are designed to build strength , improve conditioning, and prepare athletes for competition. We emphasize hard work, mental toughness, and pushing each athlete to challenge themselves in a positive and supportive environment.
Important Notes:
Athletes will never be asked to perform exercises beyond their ability.
Breaks will always be available upon request.
If your athlete has a medical condition (such as asthma or any breathing-related issue), we recommend consulting a physician before participating.
A signed consent waiver from a parent/guardian is required before participation.
